Minimum Order Policy
Please note as a wholesale business we have a minimum order of £50. We are strictly trade only and may require your business credentials in order to accept orders from you. Please note any order placed below £50 may be cancelled at our discretion.

Stock Policy
We endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate. In some cases products may be out of stock in our warehouse but showing in stock on the website. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Faulty goods to be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Buyer responsible for return postage cost. We recommend using a tracked service with delivery confirmation when returning to us. All returns should be sent to Paul Jain, 123 Commerce Street, Glasgow, G5 8DL, UK

UK Mainland Shipping Policy
If payment is received before noon, delivery is usually next working day by Parcelforce or UPS.
However occasionally due to delays with the courier the parcel maybe delayed. We apologise for this, but will endeavour to pursue the courier to make sure the delay is shortened.
If your parcel has not been delivered on time please contact us. Carriage costs £10.00 for orders up to £349 then free for orders above £350 (20kg max) for additional cartons there may be a surcharge we will contact you if this is the case. These costs apply to UK mainland only.
Northern Ireland Shipping Policy
Northern Ireland carriage is £12.50 up to 1 x 15kg carton and £20 for 15kg +. If there is more than one carton there may be a surcharge, we will contact you if this is the case. (also surcharge may be required for off-shore UK Islands.
International Orders and Shipping Policy
International customers must contact us before ordering for shipping terms, customers can then place orders through the website. Your shipping option will appear as Pick Up only and we will arrange an invoice for your order with shipping charges.

Orders can be paid via debit or credit card through our secure online payment facility. Payments are also accepted via bank transfer. Also you can pay in person at our warehouse via cash or card.
